Craig Buckingham
Managing Director
Nothing motivates Craig more than being told ‘this can’t be done’.
He is a determined problem solver who enjoys seeking simple solutions to complex issues.
Craig was formerly Head of ESG Analytics at M&G Investments and Head of Data & Analytics at Strata Financial Services Consulting.
Throughout his 20 year career he has led the design and delivery of a number of data and technology initiatives including enterprise wide system implementations, data transformation programmes and investment focused technology solutions.
Dion Kraanen, CFA
Managing Director
Dion lives by conviction, commitment and consistency to stay ahead of the pack and create a lasting impact.
He excels at ideating and building proprietary platforms to give investment management companies a competitive advantage.
As Director of AI & Analytics at M&G Investments, Dion built a high-octane, ever-evolving data, analytics and AI platform from the ground up, while continuously innovating through major industry and technological paradigm shifts.
Prior to this Dion was the Quant Development Team Lead at ING Investment Management, where he spearheaded the development of an in-house quant portfolio management and research platform.
Gareth Jandrell, CFA
Managing Director
Gareth is driven by the belief that technology is central to the future of asset management.
He is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to deliver superior investment outcomes, create better client experiences and improve productivity.
As a former fund manager and trader Gareth brings a unique market perspective and deep product knowledge, built up over 20 years in the asset management and investment banking industries.
He was previously a fund manager at M&G Investments, managing the European and global corporate bond funds, and has held senior front office positions at Barclays Capital, UniCredit and Standard Bank, specialising in fixed income, currency and derivative markets.
Holly Auty, CFA
Managing Director
Holly is an obsessive completer finisher who loves getting stuff done.
She has a 15 year track record of successfully delivering large and complex implementations across derivatives, fixed income, multi asset, middle office and cash forecasting.
Holly was formerly an Associate Director at Alpha Financial Markets Consulting where she worked on a variety of projects including Aladdin implementations, complex data integrations and analytics application development. Prior to this she was a Product Manager in Citi's outsourced middle office, where she gained a deep understanding of operations.
